hat\u0131rlamak mecburiyetinde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z toplu i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7\u0131karma ve prosed\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde \u00f6zetleyebiliriz;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Toplu i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7\u0131karma nedir?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130\u015fveren; ekonomik, teknolojik, yap\u0131sal ve benzeri i\u015fletme, i\u015fyeri veya i\u015fin gerekleri sonucu toplu i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7\u0131karmak istedi\u011finde, bunu en az otuz g\u00fcn \u00f6nceden bir yaz\u0131 ile, i\u015fyeri sendika temsilcilerine, ilgili b\u00f6lge m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ve T\u00fcrkiye \u0130\u015f Kurumuna bildirmesi gerekmektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u00a0\u201cToplu i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7\u0131karma\u201d i\u00e7in ka\u00e7 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n i\u015f akdi sonland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130\u015fyerinde bir ayl\u0131k s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde ayn\u0131 tarihte veya farkl\u0131 tarihlerde;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">20 ile 100 i\u015f\u00e7i aras\u0131nda ise en az 10 i\u015f\u00e7inin\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i\u015f akdinin \u0130\u015f Kanunu\u2019nun 17. ve 18.maddesi kapsam\u0131nda \u201c\u2026i\u015fletmenin, i\u015fyerinin veya i\u015fin gereklerinden kaynaklanan\u201d yasal ge\u00e7erli sebeple ve son verilmesi toplu i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7\u0131karma say\u0131l\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Toplu i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7\u0131karma prosed\u00fcr\u00fc nas\u0131l i\u015fletilmelidir?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toplu i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7\u0131karma durumunda ilk olarak i\u015fverenin bildirim y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u0130\u015fveren, mutlaka dayanmas\u0131 gereken \u00e7\u0131karma style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toplu i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7\u0131karmadan etkilenecek i\u015f\u00e7i say\u0131s\u0131 ve gruplar\u0131<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130\u015fe son verme i\u015flemlerinin hangi zaman diliminde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fine ili\u015fkin bilgilere\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span
