OSGB\u2019 ler \u0130\u015fverenlerin y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6ncelikle Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu\u2019na yap\u0131lacak bildirimler y\u00f6n\u00fcnden hafifletmektedir. Zira \u0130\u015fverenlerin OSGB\u2019 lerden hizmet almas\u0131 halinde Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu\u2019na yap\u0131lan i\u015fe giri\u015f, i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f bildirimlerinde ve sigorta prim \u00f6demelerinde bir uygunsuzluk tespit edildi\u011finde idari para cezalar\u0131 \u0130\u015fverenlere de\u011fil OSGB\u2019 lere y\u00f6neltilmektedir. Nitekim \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019ne g\u00f6re de \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n OSGB\u2019 yi yetkili k\u0131lmas\u0131 OSGB\u2019 lerin kendi b\u00fcnyesinde istihdam edecekleri personellerin i\u015fe giri\u015f bildirgelerini Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu\u2019na vermelerine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ayr\u0131ca Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin 14\/7.maddesine g\u00f6re de s\u00f6zle\u015fme veya g\u00f6revlendirmeleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan onaylanmayan \u0130SG personelleri g\u00f6revlerine ba\u015flay\u0131p yetkilerini kullanamamaktad\u0131r. Bahsetti\u011fimiz bu d\u00fczenlemelerin hepsi OSGB\u2019 leri Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu\u2019na yap\u0131lan bildirimler y\u00f6n\u00fcnden sorumlu k\u0131larak \u0130\u015fverenliklerin y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc azaltmaya y\u00f6neliktir.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sosyal Sigortalar Kurumu\u2019nun i\u015f ve i\u015flemlerinin giderek elektronik ortama ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131yla birlikte \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da \u0130SG-K\u00e2tip sisteminin imk\u00e2nlar\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletmektedir. Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck bu sistem \u00fczerinden \u0130\u015fverenlerin \u0130SG konusundaki y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerinin takibini fiziki dosya y\u00fck\u00fc olmadan sa\u011flamakta, \u0130SG personellerinin \u0130\u015fverenlikler ile yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmeler \u0130SG-K\u00e2tip sistemi \u00fczerinden g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclenebilmektedir.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130SG-K\u00e2tip sisteminde yak\u0131n zamanda yap\u0131lan g\u00fcncellemeler \u0130\u015fverenler i\u00e7in \u0130SG personellerinin sigortal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli sorular\u0131 beraberinde getirmektedir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Birimi\u2019nin internet sitesi \u00fczerinden yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 14.11.2022 tarihli duyuruda, yeni yap\u0131lan g\u00fcncelleme ile i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131 olarak hizmet verilen ve SGK sicil numaras\u0131 SGK sicil numaras\u0131 farkl\u0131 her bir i\u015fyeri i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 sigorta giri\u015finin arand\u0131\u011f\u0131, i\u015fyerlerinin ayn\u0131 vergi numaras\u0131 alt\u0131nda kay\u0131tl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131n yahut ayn\u0131 \u015eirket b\u00fcnyesinde bulunmas\u0131n\u0131n sigorta kontrol\u00fcnde dikkate al\u0131nmayaca\u011f\u0131 belirtilmektedir.
